Cave-ing (caving)

Yes. There is such an activity called caving. To my surprise there is quiet a number of people that I know of never did heard of such an activity called caving. As far as I concern from my experienced last night, I shall consider caving as an outdoor activity pretty much like hiking in a forest with the absence of trees, plants, animals, insects, any other human-visible living organism and of course, light- in the darkness. And, with the presence of magnificent and amazing view! Yes, as a first timer, the 'scenery' and sculpture in a cave is really an eye-opening experience. Staminate, stag whatever mite is that, (I'm not gonna bother to google it out; cause they have different different names for those rocks/marble/mud, for those growing upwards, downwards, leftwards, rightwards, you name it you got it) it all looked as if I am on my journey to the centre of the earth! Geddit geddit? you watched that? Ha-ha. It felt as if I was in a total different world! and Yes, pretty much having some similarity with those scenes that you watch in the movies, probably not as exaggerating as it is.

Hiking up and down the stairs and most of the times not stairs but trails, left and right, dunking in and out the water.

and yes, whoo-hooo caving, checked! on a second thought, it wasn't really my first caving experience though. Did it once in Taman Negara, that was Gua Telinga. Hmm probably that won't count as 'a' caving since it was probably around fifteen to twenty minutes journey ha-ha. I recall that it was smelly, and bats can be seen hanging on top of the ceiling.

It could have been better in a sense of...

I have yet to let things loose. I am still learning to. To tell others is to remind myself.

Oh welllll on a side note, did a walkkkkk(Hmm shall I consider it as a walkaton?) but anyway, I walked for seven kilometres this morning. And I realised that walking fast could definitely be harder and painfull-er than running or jogging. Lesson of the day Yo!  Not so sure of the exact reason though. My front part of the leg is kinda killing me. Not sure how am I gonna mobilise myself at work tomorrow.
and yea shall get a knee guard in the near future. Ahh I'm such a paranoid now. Deng.
