It's been nearly five months.
Had some thoughts the day before. Wanted to. But held no writing devices.
Wasn't fine or even great to begin with.
What's more until 'd moment.
Life has been pretty much just life.

Went to pay for parking fine. Scratched and re-use the parking coupon which was an hour expired.
Little did I realised. Penalty came in straight on. Effectively.
Kinda delighted, and surprised slightly. Ha!
Significantly reduced penalty imposed for early settlement, of which is (probably only; depending how you interpret it) ten bucks.
Kind of true and experienced it first hand that it does really effective and stringent in so called rich or way better off areas; for the authority in issuing penalty, trying to squeese anything out of your pockets.
Already knew. but just felt its trueness even so now and then.
Unfair or not. You decide. Probably.
